FEES CHARGED TO TENANTS
ADMINISTRATION FEE - Single Tenant £96 INCLUSIVE of VAT – Multiple Tenants £240 INCLUSIVE of VAT, this is an administration charge for referencing, preparation of the Tenancy Agreement as well as the right to rent check.
INVENTORY CHARGE - The tenants are responsible for the ingoing inventory cost and the landlord outgoing. Fees range from £120 Inc. VAT for small flats to approximately to £240 Inc. of VAT for larger properties and charged per property.
CHANGE OF TENANT FEE - Change of Tenant agreement fee £144 INCLUSIVE of VAT per tenant. Payable if tenant is changed for another person during the period of the contract. Please make the above changes as soon as possible and confirm once they have been actioned.
FEES CHARGED TO LANDLORDS
INVENTORY CHARGE - Inventory charge outgoing fees as for tenants from £120 incl VAT - £240 incl VAT per property
LETTING ONLY FEES (SOLE AGENCY) - 8% max plus 20% VAT charged the amount of the first years total rental
7.5% max plus 20% VAT charged on the annual amount for each subsequent year the tenancy is renewed.
